가상 머신 VirutualBox에서 Debian Lenny 에 Guest Additions 설치하기

버추얼박스(VirtualBox)에 데비안 Lenny를 인스톨 한 후에 Guest Additions를 설치하자.
게스트 에디션을 설치하면 해상도 자동조절, 마우스 자유이동 등 편리해진다..

<설치 방법>
데비안 부팅 후, VirtualBox의 '장치' 메뉴에서 '게스트 확장설치'를 클릭한다.

바탕화면에 CD-ROM 드라이브가 표시된다.

터미털 실행해서 root 권한으로 아래 명령어를 실행한다.

# cd /cdrom
# sh VBoxLinuxAdditions-x86.run

아마,,, 에러가 났을 것이다.

# Verifying archive integrity... All good.
# Uncompressing VirtualBox 2.2.2 Guest Additions for Linux installation......
# ...........................................................................
# ...........................................................................
# ..................................................................
# VirtualBox 2.2.2 Guest Additions installation
# Please install GNU make.

# Please install the GNU compiler.

에러난 이유는....
필요한 패키지가 설치 안되어 있어서이다..
    GNU make、Linux kernel header、GNU compiler
그리고 OpenGL 다이렉트렌더링을 실행하려면 커널 2.6.27이상이어야 한다.

<해결 방법>

# aptitude install make linux-headers-2.6-686 gcc

여기서 gcc대신 g++ 설치해도 상관없다.
aptitude 대신 apt-get 을 쓰는 방법도 있다.

다시 한번 시도 해 보자~!!!

# cd /cdrom
# sh VBoxLinuxAdditions-x86.run

이번엔 성공이다^^

재부팅하면 게스트 에디션이 작동한다.~
